Use of Force Training

OC "Pepper" Spray: Teaches the officer to appreciate the effects of OC on subjects, drawing techniques and delivery methods. It also covers decontamination measures, first aid procedures, and proper application within the the law.

Baton & Impact Weapons: Proper use of a straight baton, or expandable friction lock or pin lock baton. Includes introduction to proper strike zones, stance, blocking techniques, and striking techniques.

Handcuffing Course: Introduction to the proper application of temporary restraint systems. This includes types of systems, restraint guidelines, stances, cuffing positions, and supplimental techniques.
